We have a wheelchair basketball family event coming up Friday, May 6 at 6:30pm. This will be at The Goodman Gym at Bethel College. Tickets are available in the school office and will be available at the door for $3 for adults, $2 for students or $10 per family. Doors open at 5:45.This is a great time of relaxing and watching something happen that you may not watch on a regular basis. Everyone on the basketball court plays in a wheelchair. Most of the rules are the same with a few exceptions.
We have a great team playing for Covenant Christian this year. Some of the players have played before and have asked to play again. We will also have some new players. The River City Rollers are also looking forward to this event. It's gonna be a great time!
Our own D.A.R.E. Officer Tim Williams has offered to have one student ride with him in the Mishawaka Memorial Day parade this year! Come and enter your child for a chance to win this unique opportunity!
There will be concessions available. Barnaby's Restaurant is providing the pizza. We will also have popcorn, drinks and other snacks. All the profit of the concessions will go to the Robotics Club. Come on out and support them. Come early and get your pizza and snacks before the game!
The main focus for the evening is to have fun as a family. We look forward to seeing you there!
